Human Resources Generalist

Bilingual HR Generalist (English/Spanish) Location: Scottsdale, AZ Type: Full-Time | Travel: 5-10% Overview We're seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist to support a centralized HR Shared Services model across multiple states. This role partners with leadership and employees to deliver consistent HR support, ensure compliance, and enhance the employee experience. Key Responsibilities Serve as an HR point of contact for employee relations, policies, and HR inquiries Support investigations, documentation, and performance management Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Maintain HRIS data (ADP or similar) and support reporting/audits Assist with benefits, leave administration (FMLA, ADA), and employee inquiries Support recruiting, onboarding, and new hire processes Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and shared services workflows Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 3-5 years of HR experience (employee relations/HR operations) Bilingual: English & Spanish (required) Experience with HRIS (ADP preferred) Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Highly organized with strong communication skills High volume onboarding or benefits experience Knowledge of talent acquisition Preferred Shared services or multi-state HR experience Exposure to employee relations investigations Benefits and leave administration experience Construction or utilities industry experience Work Environment Fast-paced, multi-state HR environment with opportunities for growth.
