The primary goal is to bring the best patient care and experience for our area\'s children. Summary Our accounts payable specialist will be responsible for day-to-day accounts payable functions. Conducting timely and accurate account reconciliation. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Review vendor Invoices for accuracy. Reconciling vendor statements to ensure all invoices are accounted for. Codes and posts accounts payable invoices. Cuts accounts payable checks and makes online payments weekly. Post credit card transactions and reconcile credit card statement. Performs month-end close and year-end audit tasks. Other duties as assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES : None Required Education And Experience Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience. Proficient with Microsoft applications including, but not limited to Word and Excel. Preferred Education And Experience High school diploma or GED Knowledge of Center and GP Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Ability to understand full cycle AP. Strong understanding of GL coding. Excellent organizations skills and attention to detail. Excellent and precise data entry skills. Physical Demands And Work Environment Frequently required to sit. Frequently required to bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 15lbs. Frequently required to utilize hand and finger dexterity. Frequently required to operate office equipment and use a keyboard.
