Mobile Fleet Technician

Perform mobile diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on commercial fleet trucks and trailers Service trailer components including brakes, suspension, landing gear, air lines, electrical systems, and light body repair Diagnose and repair diesel engines, emissions systems, cooling systems, exhaust, DEF systems, and drivetrain components Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure DOT and safety compliance Communicate clearly and professionally with customers on-site Operate and maintain a fully equipped mobile service truck Accurately document services performed using mobile or written logs Maintain high standards of workmanship, efficiency, and safety Requirements 4 or more years of diesel and/or trailer repair experience Mobile repair experience preferred Strong knowledge of truck and trailer systems, including brakes, suspension, lighting, air systems, and electrical Ability to independently diagnose and complete repairs in the field Strong customer service skills and clear communication Valid driver's license required CDL is a plus Self-motivated and able to manage daily workload independently Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in mobile diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of diesel engines and trailer systems, ensuring compliance with DOT regulations and high standards of safety and workmanship. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential for effective on-site interactions.
