Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Specialist:

Process accounts payable invoices and vendor payments
Manage accounts receivable activities, including cash applications and collections support
Assist with account reconciliations and month-end close tasks
Maintain accurate financial records and support reporting efforts
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment inquiries

Qualifications for the Accounting Specialist:

Previous experience in an accounting, AP, AR, or bookkeeping role
Exposure to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and/or month-end close activities
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
