Compensation: $24 – $26 / hour

Job Description:

Addison Group is hiring an Accounts Receivable Team Lead on behalf of our client in Charlotte, NC. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity where you will provide day-to-day leadership and support to both onshore and offshore AR teams. The ideal candidate brings a hands-on leadership style, strong revenue cycle knowledge, and the ability to manage change within a growing organization.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management required
• Prior leadership experience, including overseeing or mentoring a team
• Strong understanding of accounts receivable workflows, reporting, and insurance follow-up processes
• Ability to manage performance, address issues professionally, and maintain team morale
• Proficiency with EMR systems, clearinghouses, and Microsoft Office tools

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support AR staff across onshore and offshore teams
• Oversee accounts receivable processes, reporting, and performance metrics
• Monitor workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement
• Address team questions, escalations, and personnel matters with consistency and fairness
• Partner with management on process transitions and operational updates
• Ensure AR activities align with organizational standards and timelines
