We are seeking a motivated individual who is eager to gain hands‑on experience, receive step‑by‑step assistance with basic repairs and diagnostics, and is passionate about powersports. Our goal is to kickstart your career as a technician. Responsibilities: Work closely with a Master Level Technician to learn and perform basic repairs and diagnostics on various powersports vehicles including motorcycles, side by sides, ATV’s, PWC, and more. Gain exposure to all the biggest manufacturers in the powersports industry. Follow a structured training program designed to accelerate your learning curve and build proficiency as a technician. Demonstrate a commitment to excellence in customer service and satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Requirements: Passion for powersports and a desire to pursue a career as a technician. Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time.
