Youth Pickleball Instructors/Coaches – Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler & South Scottsdale areas 1 EVENING or SATURDAY PER WEEK! Start training upon hire to take a location for the upcoming Spring 2025 semester starting in late January Gilbert South Scottsdale Chandler Tempe We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Pickleball instructors with the following qualifications: Have pickleball experience Enjoy coaching and working with children, ages 5-15 Be at least 18 years old Have reliable transportation Positive individuals who can share their passion for pickleball with kids This Pickleball Coach position is for 1 day or evening per week, teaching pickleball basics to various age groups of students. Experience with coaching and teaching children is a plus! The program takes place only on 1 day so the applicant must not have any schedule conflicts during the final day assignment once vetted and hired. Coaches are also paid to participate in any required training or online certificates that are required. If the applicant is interested in coaching more than one day, or multiple locations, please let us know. Coaching responsibilities include: Class preparation Teaching students Overseeing class check-in Basic record-keeping Promoting events such as the tournament Paid training sessions will cover our teaching guidelines, records, and assist a veteran coach to observe how classes are conducted. This is truly one of the most fun part-time jobs you can imagine with great pay! Pay structure is reviewed with applicants upon interview. We have a two-prong approach.
