Overview HSHS Medical Group is recruiting a BC or BE Family Medicine Physician to join our Primary Care team in Decatur, IL. The position is outpatient-focused with strong community support. Practice Highlights Well established, growing practice with strong community support 100% Outpatient Practice Monday-Friday schedule with an option of a 4- or 5-day work week Minimal call with group shared call; call is phone-based only No holidays or weekends Strong support staff

Position Requirements Unrestricted Illinois license prior to start Board Certified or Board Eligible Compensation & Benefits Package 2 year base guarantee Sign-On bonus, housing incentive, and relocation assistance Residency stipends available for those finishing residency 20 days off + 6 holidays per year CME reimbursement and days per fiscal year Productivity and quality bonuses opportunities Pay range: $300,000-$399,406 (inclusive of family and internal med, based on experience) Education Qualifications Clinical doctorate is required Experience Qualifications Competence in the delivery of healthcare services for adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients is required Certifications, Licenses and Registrations Licensed physician in the state of practice is required Basic Life Support (BLS) is required Maintain a Controlled Substance license for the state and Federal DEA when applicable Must have successfully completed, or be in the process of completing, an accredited residency program Must be board certified or board eligible Additional Information HSHS requires COVID-19 vaccines or an approved medical or religious exemption for all colleagues.
