Position Overview

As a Remote Client Experience Manager , you'll serve as a trusted point of contact for clients while collaborating with teammates to ensure every interaction is professional, efficient, and solution-focused.

This role is ideal for individuals who are proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently in a virtual environment while contributing to shared team success.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and other online communication platforms

• Respond to client inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and care

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service

• Guide clients through available benefit information and enrollment support

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up communications

• Collaborate with teammates to resolve client needs efficiently

• Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and service processes

• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development
