Job Type: Full-Time Shift and Schedule: 5-day work week with overtime possible; weekends and evenings as needed

Responsibilities:

• Assist with inventory management: track vehicle locations and maintain accurate records
• Keep the lot clean, organized, and visually appealing; ensure vehicles are properly parked and displayed
• Wash and maintain vehicle appearance; report any cosmetic issues
• Thoroughly inspect vehicles as they are delivered by carriers or other dealerships
• Manage vehicle keys and ensure secure access
• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as checking tire pressure and fluid levels
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting customers as needed
• Help place marketing materials on and in vehicles
• Support sales team by moving vehicles for test drives or display purposes
• Follow all safety protocols and report equipment problems promptly

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
• Ability to use cleaning supplies, brushes, cloths, and basic maintenance tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
• Must be able to pass pre-employment checks (background check, MVR, drug screening)
