Dogtopia The Best Day Ever for Dogs

Dogtopia is looking for an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to help lead our daycare, boarding, and spa operations. As the AGM, you'll partner with the General Manager to coach and develop team members, support sales growth, ensure operational excellence, and create the Best Day Ever for every dog and pet parent who walks through our doors.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a high-performing team
• Support recruiting, hiring, training, and employee development
• Help drive enrollment sales and customer retention
• Ensure exceptional service for every pet parent
• Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging environment for dogs
• Monitor daily operations and uphold company standards
• Assist with scheduling, labor management, and business performance
• Support local marketing and community outreach efforts

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to motivate, coach, and hold team members accountable
• Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Weekend and holiday availability as needed

Bonus Points For

• Experience in pet care, hospitality, retail, fitness, childcare, or other service-based businesses
• Sales leadership experience
• Multi-unit or high-volume operational experience
