Regional Sales Performance Manager

Job DescriptionSixt is seeking a Regional Sales Performance Manager to lead sales and service performance across the Central market. The role focuses on sales responsibility for branches including airport and downtown locations ensuring sales and service performance and quality expectations are met. They are responsible for leading, motivating, and supporting their sales team, as well as building and maintaining relationships with the employees and stakeholders. To grow revenue, optimize results, monitor performance, and achieve the growth objectives set by senior management.
