Regional Engineering Manager

The Regional Engineering Manager leads engineering services that support southern manufacturing facilities across Service Operations and Mass Production South. These manufacturing facilities are located in Houston, TX and Muskogee, OK. This role provides strategic and technical leadership for capital projects, engineering resources, and continuous improvement initiatives while overseeing multidisciplinary engineering teams.The location of this role is 19210 E Hardy Rd, Houston, TX 77073 with an expectation to be on-site at 8603 Sheldon Rd, Houston, TX 77049 once per week. Expected travel to Muskogee, OK 2-4 times per quarter. Possibility of international travel 1-2 times per year. Your Role at a GlanceLead and manage engineering teams supporting southern manufacturing facilitiesSupport and coordinate CAPEX planning and executionOversee engineering design, development and implementation effortsCollaborate with operations, maintenance, process engineering and quality teamsManage engineering budgets, schedules, resources and project timelinesEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policiesIdentify and implement best available technologies and innovative solutionsMonitor KPIs and provide recommendations to senior leadershipCoordinate third-party and global engineering support resourcesFoster a culture of safety, accountability and continuous learningWhat Sets You ApartWe’re looking for individuals who bring the right mix of experience, mindset, and motivation:Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; Master's preferred5+ years of engineering management experienceExperience leading engineering teams and capital projectsKnowledge of heavy manufacturing processesProficiency with CAD, FEA and project management softwareProfessional Engineer (PE) certification preferredAbility to travel domestically and internationally as neededEnglish required; Spanish, French, or Portuguese a plusWhat Powers Your PerformanceSuccess in this role is driven by a strong mix of personal ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
