Job Summary
Ultra Cryo & Recovery is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wellness Center Manager to drive revenue, support daily operations, lead team performance, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and ensure operational excellence within our wellness center. This pivotal role actively participates in sales, lead follow-up, customer retention, team coaching, and the daily management of center operations.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a positive attitude, proven sales ability, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for wellness and customer service.

Responsibilities
•Drive center revenue growth.
•Support consultation and package sales.
•Assist team members with closing opportunities.
•Monitor sales performance and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
•Track lead conversion and appointment metrics.
•Increase referrals and client retention.
Customer Service•Deliver exceptional client experiences.
•Resolve escalated customer concerns.
•Ensure customer follow-up and satisfaction.
•Monitor progress tracking and testimonials.
•Ensure adherence to client care standards.
Team Leadership•Coach and develop team members.
•Assist with onboarding and training.
•Hold team accountable to company standards.
•Manage schedules and daily workflow.
•Promote a positive culture and professionalism.
Operations•Ensure smooth daily operations.
•Monitor inventory and supply ordering.
•Maintain cleanliness and professionalism.
•Ensure emergency procedures are followed.
•Maintain compliance with company procedures.
