OB/GYN Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Job Description

Location: MemorialCare, Long Beach, CA

Shift: Day Shift, 4x8-Hour (08:30 - 17:30), potential for 5x8s

Start Date: March 3, 2025

Duration: 13 weeks

Positions Available: 1

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care in an outpatient OB/GYN setting

• Assist with OB/GYN procedures

• Conduct NST (Non-Stress Test) assessments

• Administer IVs (IV certification required)

• Work with adult patient populations

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years LVN clinical experience (at least 1 year in OB/GYN)

• Active LVN License in CA

• BLS Certification required

• IV Certification required

• Experience in outpatient clinic or urgent care settings

• Competency in OB/GYN procedures

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay Rate: Based on experience (Local candidates receive local rates)

• Base Pay Rate: $32-37.00/hr

• Holiday Pay: Applies to major holidays

Additional Details:

• COVID-19 Vaccine: Not required

• Flu Vaccine: Required (medical/religious exemptions allowed)

• RTO (Requested Time Off): Must be submitted at the time of application
