Executive Director, Global Commercial Precision Medicine & Companion Diagnostics

Revolution Medicines seeks an Executive Director to lead global commercial strategy for precision medicine and companion diagnostics across its oncology portfolio. This role will develop integrated biomarker and diagnostic strategies, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure companion diagnostics support successful product launches and patient access.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute integrated global precision medicine and companion diagnostic strategies across portfolio
- Partner with Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and regional teams on biomarker positioning and testing pathways
- Ensure global readiness for companion diagnostic development, launch planning, and lifecycle management
- Lead market development initiatives for biomarker education and stakeholder engagement
- Develop precision medicine plans including testing forecasts, readiness assessments, and investment priorities
Requirements
- Extensive experience leading precision medicine or companion diagnostic commercialization strategies
- Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional collaboration in pharma or diagnostics
- Strong understanding of biomarker development, regulatory pathways, and clinical integration
- Experience with HTA strategy, market access, and global launch planning
- Strategic and analytical skills to translate clinical and commercial insights into executable plans
- Leadership experience in oncology or life sciences commercialization
