In this role, you will manage cases from intake through resolution, working closely with a skilled team of legal professionals. Key Responsibilities Handle a full caseload of personal injury matters from inception to resolution Conduct case evaluations, develop legal strategies, and provide sound counsel to clients Manage all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practice Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel Maintain consistent communication with clients, ensuring a high level of care and responsiveness Collaborate with paralegals, support staff, and other attorneys to ensure efficient case management Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active license to practice law in New York Minimum of 2 years of personal injury litigation experience Demonstrated trial experience and strong litigation skills Excellent legal writing, research, and negotiation abilities Strong organizational and time-management skills A genuine passion for helping injured clients and advocating on their behalf Compensation Competitive salary: $100,000 - $150,000 annually, based on experience Why Join Us?
