We are seeking an experienced and empathetic Personal Injury Attorney to join our expanding team. In this role, you will manage cases from intake through resolution, working closely with a skilled team of legal professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is passionate about helping clients secure justice and fair compensation. Key Responsibilities
- Handle a full caseload of personal injury matters from inception to resolution
- Conduct case evaluations, develop legal strategies, and provide sound counsel to clients
- Manage all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practice
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel
- Maintain consistent communication with clients, ensuring a high level of care and responsiveness
- Collaborate with paralegals, support staff, and other attorneys to ensure efficient case management
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in New York
- Minimum of 2 years of personal injury litigation experience
- Demonstrated trial experience and strong litigation skills
- Excellent legal writing, research, and negotiation abilities
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- A genuine passion for helping injured clients and advocating on their behalf
- Competitive salary: $100,000 - $150,000 annually, based on experience
