They support individuals who take initiative, seek out new challenges, and actively contribute to their own growth and the growth of the company.ResponsibilitiesOwns and executes full-cycle recruiting across GTM and technical functions as needed, aligning hiring strategy to company goalsPartners with founders and leadership to define roles, calibrate talent, and build proactive hiring plansSources and engages top talent through creative outbound strategies while managing candidates end-to-endBuilds and delivers a strong candidate experience while clearly articulating company mission, product, and value propositionTracks, analyzes, and reports on recruiting metrics to drive data-informed decisions and optimize hiring performanceContinuously improves recruiting processes, tools, and ATS systems to increase efficiency and scale effectivelyOperates with a startup mindset, thriving in ambiguity while taking ownership of outcomes and hiring successDemonstrates strong technical recruiting capability with the ability to assess and engage engineers, product, and design talentActs as a strategic partner to leadership, influencing decisions through data, insights, and market knowledgeEmbodies core values including humility, grit, accountability, and a commitment to excellence and growthIs this you?Full-cycle recruiting expertise across diverse roles (GTM, ops, marketing, CS).Proven success closing roles fast in competitive markets (bonus if you can point to metrics like time-to-fill or hires per quarter).Storytelling ability: you can sell to A?players who may not be actively looking.Strong sourcing chops and experience with boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche platforms.Process builder/operator mindset: you know when to keep it simple and when to formalize.Stakeholder management finesse: you can work directly with founders and hiring managers as a trusted partner.Experience juggling multiple roles across different departments simultaneously.Startup/founding recruiter experience (preferred): you've set up ATS systems, created interview training, and built recruiting strategy from scratch.Fintech recruiting experience is nice to have, but experience hiring for similarly complex industries (healthtech, govtech, etc.) also works.#PerksCompetitive base salary: 140K-150K, 10% annual bonus, equityHealth dental and vision insuranceGenerous paid time off401K matchMission driven culture that rewards growth humility and grit
