Embryology Laboratory Manager Full Time Regular Lake Mary, FL, US 6 days ago Requisition ID: 2355 IVIRMA North America network of state-of-the‑art fertility practices in the United States, is currently seeking an Embryology Lab Manager to join our growing team in Lake Mary, Florida. The Embryology Laboratory Manager supervises daily clinical embryology procedures and maintains RMA's Lab Philosophy, Mission, and Performance Standards. The Embryology Lab Manager is also responsible for the implementation of quality assurance/control programs, regulatory compliance, and staff training. This is a responsible position that must demonstrate excellent analytical and critical thinking skills to optimize lab resources and maximize patient results. Essential Functions and Accountabilities Performs daily IVF lab services Implements RMA lab policies and quality assurance program Analyzes and monitors lab key performance indicators Ensures all lab procedures are completed and documented Ensures that team members have the necessary training for proper performance and development Maintains organization of team members' timesheets, PTO, etc. to ensure that tasks are properly carried out Transmits the Company's policies (health and safety, labor legislation, training, etc.) to ensure compliance Academic Training Bachelor of Science – Biological science 5-7 years of experience - preferred Technical Skills Perform and understand clinical embryology principles and techniques Perform and understand principles and techniques of Pre‑implantation Genetic Testing (PGT) Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook Benefits IVI‑RMA offers a comprehensive benefits package to all employees who work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
