Location Location: Prince George County Facility Address: 3000 Lottsford Vista Road, Bowie Deliverables / Principal Results Expected Explain and sign admission paperwork; Process and copy driver’s license/insurance information; Create/start client treatment file; Contact Probation/Parole/Employer if needed for the client and assist in obtaining a letter for admission/discharge; Facilitate the admission/discharge process by communicating with all departments as needed; Maintain paperwork, notes, and application statuses as required for client stay/discharge needs per funding source requirements; Conduct level of care assessments on all clients; Complete aftercare goals with detox-only clients, set up aftercare, and complete discharge summaries; Perform other duties as assigned. Licensure, Education, & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's or bachelor's degree in a human services-related field preferred.
