This position is responsible for developing and executing integrated social media, influencer, and digital content strategies that strengthen brand presence, drive audience engagement, and support business growth. Operating within an internal agency model, the role provides strategic marketing support and creative solutions across multiple brands and stakeholders throughout the organization.
We are seeking a highly skilled, creative, analytical, and strategically minded Content and Social Media Manager with 7+ years of proven experience driving brand growth through innovative digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate has a demonstrated track record of delivering measurable business results, exceptional analytical capabilities, and experience working with luxury brands, with a deep understanding of how to create premium, aspirational content that resonates with discerning audiences.
Central to this role is the ability to develop, lead, and optimize a comprehensive social media ecosystem that seamlessly integrates organic content, paid media, influencer partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration into a cohesive, high-performing digital strategy. This individual will oversee and elevate brand presence across multiple accounts and platforms, ensuring consistency, engagement, audience growth, and alignment with broader business objectives.
The Content and Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, producing, capturing, editing, scheduling, and promoting content across key social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. The role also oversees online reputation management across review platforms, develops and executes influencer marketing programs that expand brand visibility at both local and national levels, and partners closely with internal teams to ensure brand messaging remains consistent, compelling, and impactful across all digital touchpoints.
The successful candidate brings a balance of creative vision and data-driven decision-making, using performance analytics, consumer insights, and emerging market trends to optimize campaigns, maximize engagement, increase brand awareness, and foster long-term customer loyalty while supporting the strategic goals of multiple brands within the organization. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute social media, content, influencer, and paid digital strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth across multiple brands. Manage social platforms, develop content calendars, create and produce photo and video content, oversee paid social campaigns, and maintain online reputation across review platforms. Build and manage influencer partnerships, foster community engagement, and leverage analytics to optimize performance and inform strategy. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent brand storytelling and alignment with marketing, DTC, and business objectives.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, content creation, and brand management, preferably with luxury or premium consumer brands. Proven expertise in social media strategy, paid media, influencer marketing, content production, analytics, and audience growth. Strong photography, videography, and video editing skills, with proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, TikTok, and content planning tools. Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills, combined with a strategic, data-driven, and creative approach to marketing.
