General Laborer (Temp-to-Hire)

What You'll Do

As a General Laborer, you will:

•Assist with production and packaging operations

• Follow daily work assignments provided by the Supervisor or Line Lead

• Clean and sanitize equipment, tools, and work areas

• Help ensure products meet quality and food safety standards

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), GMPs, and company policies

• Report safety concerns and contribute to an accident-free workplace

• Support team production goals and continuous improvement initiatives

• Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Must speak, read, and understand basic English

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment

• Willingness to work overtime, rotating shifts, and flexible schedules when needed

• Strong attention to safety, quality, and teamwork

Available Shifts

1st Shift

• 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM

• 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

2nd Shift

• 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM

• 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

3rd Shift

• 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM

• 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Shift assignment depends on departmental needs and availability.

Pay Details: $21.63 per hour
