For foreign English teachers外籍英文教师:
1. Candidates’ experience and qualifications must meet the requirements of the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs (SAFEA): native English speaker, bachelor’s degree or above, with relevant teaching experience.
个人资质与从业经历符合外专局相关要求：以英语为母语的国家，本科及以上学历，具备相关教学经验。
2. Comply with the recruitment criteria for foreign teachers with complete and valid official documents.
符合外籍教师录用条件，证件资料齐全。
3. Outgoing and cheerful, love working with children, possessing good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
性格活泼开朗，热爱孩子，有良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力。

For Chinese English teachers中籍英文教师:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in English or Early Childhood Education.
本科及以上学历，英语或教育相关专业。
2. Hold a Teacher Qualification Certificate or have overseas study experience.
持有教师资格证或具有海外留学经历。
3. Standard and natural oral English pronunciation, fluent expression, solid listening, speaking and writing skills, competent in conducting all-English teaching.
英语口语发音标准、地道，表达流畅，扎实的英语听、说、写能力，能进行全英教学。
4. Passionate about early childhood education, caring and decent in conduct, with a strong sense of responsibility.
热爱幼教事业，品行端正，有爱心和责任心。
5. High professional ethics and excellent teamwork skills.

- Our kindergarten follows the Project-Based-Learning method, which emphasizes active participatory learning. Active learning means students have direct, hands-on experiences with people, objects, events, and ideas.

- Ages of students range from 1.5-6 years old.

- Class sizes range from 15-28 students per class, depending on age.

- We follow a curriculum based around large and small group teaching, to help maximize one on one time with each child. This also helps with class management.
