Arkansas Talent Group is partnering one of Arkansas most Prominent and Respectable CPA Firms to find a Tax Manager for their office in Fayetteville . The role is due to growth and expansion and will report directly to the Tax Partner and has a compelling career path to Partner.
Duties would include:
Lead and manage client engagements related to tax planning, compliance, and consulting services for businesses
Provide proactive tax advice and guidance to clients, identifying opportunities for tax savings and minimizing tax liabilities
Prepare and review complex tax returns, including individual, corporate, partnership, and S-corporation returns
Research and analyze tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and identify planning opportunities
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on all tax-related matters
Mentor and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support to facilitate their professional development
Collaborate with other departments within the firm to deliver integrated solutions and exceptional service to clients
Qualifications:
Bachelors in Accounting
CPA
Minimum of 7+ years of Tax experience in public accounting
Strong technical knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations
Experience working with various size businesses across various industries preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members
Proven leadership abilities, with the capacity to mentor and develop staff members
Ability to manage multiple client engagements and prioritize tasks effectively
