Accountant

Four Seasons is one of the premier landscape design, installation, and maintenance contractors in Northwest Arkansas. The Accountant plays a key role in maintaining the financial success of the company. This role requires a bachelor's degree in accounting and extensive experience with Quick Books Online. Responsibilities include managing A/P and A/R processes, conducting monthly and job reconciliations, and supporting day-to-day operations. The position requires strong problem-solving and organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Duties Assist with accurate job costing Establish and manage internal financial accounts Post, verify, and maintain records of financial transactions Reconcile entries, balance subsidiary accounts, and maintain a balanced general ledger Manage and process A/P, including purchase orders, invoice validation, and check scheduling Manage and process A/R, including creating accurate client invoices and managing collections Manage monthly reconciliation of company bank accounts, credit cards, and petty cash while maintaining accurate records Requirements Bachelor’s degree in accounting 2+ years experience with Quick Books online Proficiency in Microsoft Office with ability to learn new software and systems Strong knowledge of GAAP Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with general ledger reconciliation processes. Experience with bank reconciliation procedures. #J-18808-Ljbffr
