Duties
- Safely operate flatbed trailers
- Properly secure cargo to prevent shifting in transit
- Complete pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Plan routes to meet delivery schedules safely and on time
- Perform routine maintenance checks and report issues promptly
- Comply with all federal, state, and company transportation regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
Experience
- 2+ years of truck driving experience, including route and freight delivery
- Ability to operate manual transmission trucks
- Valid Class A CDL with no restrictions
- TWIC card required
- Prior flatbed, refrigerated, tanker, or similar commercial vehicle experience preferred
- Experience with load/unload operations and cargo securement
- Working knowledge of trucking safety protocols and vehicle maintenance
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
