Founding Product ManagerWe're hiring a Founding Product Manager to fill a gap that's been founder-owned until now at a Series A AI infrastructure company. You'll work alongside the CTO, a founding engineering team, and in close contact with customers to define what gets built and why. The role requires genuine technical fluency, strong customer instincts, and the ability to operate with minimal structure.What You'll OwnProduct Strategy — Define and drive the roadmap. Make sure engineering investment is pointed at the right problems.Customer Discovery — Talk to customers directly and often. Surface the patterns that should shape product direction.Roadmap Prioritization — Balance customer feedback, technical constraints, and business goals. Make the call and document the reasoning.Cross-Functional Leadership — Connect engineering, leadership, and go-to-market. Keep priorities aligned as the company scales.Product Development — Guide initiatives from concept to launch.
