Outside Sales Representative Location: Omaha, NE Pay: Starting at $55,000 plus commission Build Relationships. Drive Growth. Own Your Territory. Are you a motivated sales professional who enjoys meeting new people, developing business relationships, and creating new opportunities? We are seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative to manage and grow a Nebraska territory through new business development and account management. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional who thrives in a customer-facing role and enjoys spending time in the field building long-term partnerships. What is the Job: Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers throughout Nebraska. Generate new business through cold calling, networking, email outreach, and in-person visits. Conduct customer presentations and communicate service solutions effectively. Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities. Research target accounts and develop a strong prospect pipeline. Prepare proposals, quotations, and customer solutions. Collaborate with operations and accounting teams to ensure customer success. Resolve customer concerns and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Create and manage account growth strategies for existing customers. Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity. Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities. What is Needed: Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Proven outside sales experience with a demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding sales goals. Industrial sales experience preferred. Familiarity with consultative selling techniques and pipeline management. General understanding of HVAC, mechanical systems, or industrial environments. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented. Proficient with computers and CRM platforms.
