What You'll Do
  • Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans to meet individual patient goals
  • Assess patient responses and modify treatment strategies as needed
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
  • Contribute to program development to meet community and patient needs
  • Provide compassionate and respectful care tailored to diverse patient populations
  • Maintain compliance with all laws, standards, and policies
  • Support quality care metrics and patient experience enhancements
What You Need
  • Valid Louisiana physical therapy license
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with computers and healthcare software
  • Ability to adapt to varying patient needs and schedules
