Physical Therapist - Day Shift in Shreveport, LA

What You'll Do

Conduct patient evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
Implement therapy programs to meet individual patient goals
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary
Maintain accurate and timely patient records
Collaborate with the care team to enhance patient outcomes
Adapt approaches to meet diverse patient needs and communication styles
Contribute to program development and community health initiatives

What You Need
Required:

Valid physical therapy license in Louisiana
Bachelor's degree in physical therapy
At least 2 years of professional experience
Proficiency with clinical software and web-based applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong decision-making abilities and judgment

Preferred:

Experience working in a healthcare facility or outpatient setting
Ability to remain flexible with scheduling demands
