Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care for maternity patients, including labor, delivery, and postpartum care.

Utilize Centricity and GE monitors effectively to track patient progress.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using Meditech EMR system.

Collaborate with a team of 20 RNs during the night shift to maintain a 2:1 patient ratio.

Perform and assist with procedures such as c-sections, D&C, hysterectomies, and high-risk OB scenarios.

Uphold the units guidelines and policies ensuring a high standard of patient care.

Qualifications

Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital L&D experience required.

Current BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications are mandatory.

Intermediate Fetal Monitoring or AWHONN Fetal Monitoring certification required.

Experience with Meditech systems preferred.

PACU and Operating Room experience is advantageous.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and support team initiatives.
