Quick Facts: Location: 1492 East Broad Street, Columbus, OH 43203 Start Date: 09/14/2026 End Date: 12/14/2026 Shift: 2PM-10:30PM (Mid 5x8-Hour shifts) Hours per Week: 40 hours Employment: Contract (W-2) License/Certifications: CBSPD or CRCST (HSPA or IAHCSMM) Experience: Previous sterile processing and OR liaison experience preferred Pay & Benefits: Pay rate: $32.88/hour Pay package discussed upon application Weekly pay via direct deposit Medical benefits (W-2) Referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements (when applicable) What You'll Do: Decontaminate all surgical instruments (Drills, DaVinci, scopes) Perform sterilization processes (Sterrad and steam sterilization) Handle HLD/Scope processing Manage sterile storage and supply needs Act as OR liaison for surgical teams Utilize Censitrac tracking system for instrument management Move case carts, separate dirty instruments, and prepare carts for upcoming cases Respond to OR calls for both floors of surgery What You Need: Valid CBSPD or CRCST certification (through HSPA or IAHCSMM) Prior sterile processing and OR support experience Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment About the Assignment: This role is based at a leading healthcare facility in Columbus, Ohio, supporting surgical services with sterile processing and OR coordination.
