Aurora West Allis Medical Centers Internal Float Pool Level 1:

Work in various units within one (1) facility brings variety and learning to your practice. Everyday can be a new journey that may open doors to a new specialty area you may have never previously considered. Opportunity to cross-train in a second specialty such as ICU, ER or Women's Health.

Our Internal Med/Surg Float RNs bring versatility, clinical strength, and teamwork to every shift, ensuring high?quality, compassionate care across multiple critical care areas within a single facility.

Excellent opportunity to build your skill set, resume with showcasing your ability to be flexible, continue to build your practice and knowledge as an active learner in a wide variety of patient populations and be known for supporting the team as a knowledgeable and flexible resource.

Were Looking For:

  Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing

  Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers (AHA)
