Digital Marketing Executive

Are you a digital marketing all-rounder with a passion for data-driven campaigns? We’re looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Executive to support the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital campaigns across multiple channels. This role would suit someone with a curious mind and a genuine interest in digital marketing, who’s keen to get hands‑on experience with campaign data, reporting, and insight generation — all while working closely with the Head of Data, Head of Campaigns and various teams across the group. Responsibilities As an ambitious independent marketing agency working with multiple brands across varying sectors, this role will give you exposure to a wide variety of campaigns and channels, supporting the team in delivering clever, creative work for our clients — underpinned by strong data and analysis. As part of this varied role, you will have the opportunity to: Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns across email, social media, paid advertising, SEO, and other digital channels Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports with clear insights and recommendations Support research into audience behaviour, market trends, and competitor activity to inform campaign strategy Assist in the creation and distribution of email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and automated journeys Work with the Head of Campaigns, Head of Data, Media Planning & Buying Manager, and fellow project managers to plan, execute, monitor, and review all campaigns Support new business proposals and pitches with data-backed insights where required Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, bringing new ideas to the team Embrace the “clever creative campaigns” approach Maze takes for both clients and the wider Maze Group Provide support where required to the partners and wider teams in the agency What you’ll bring An analytical mindset with a genuine interest in data, research, and insight Strong attention to detail, particularly when reviewing campaign data and reports A proactive, curious approach with a willingness to get stuck in Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once Clear communication skills, both written and verbal A strong team player and good people person A marketing-related degree, or equivalent experience in a relevant role Sign up to our event and get involved in our community #J-18808-Ljbffr Maze Media Ltd
