We book the appointments. You inspect the home, build the repair plan, and close. No cold calling.

Homeowners across Dallas–Fort Worth call G.L. Hunt when they see cracked drywall, doors that stick, or a slab that has moved. Our call center schedules those appointments for you. G.L. Hunt is Texas-owned and has repaired Texas foundations since 1987, and our DFW lead volume is growing faster than our sales team. That's why we're hiring.

What you'll earn

• $120K–$180K first-year earnings range; top reps earned $300K+ last year
• Uncapped commission on every sold job, with a draw against commission while you ramp up
• $900 a week in training pay
• Company truck and fuel card
• Medical, dental, and vision; 401(k) with company match; paid time off and holidays

What your week looks like

• 2–3 pre-set appointments a day, Monday–Friday, in your DFW territory
• No cold calling or door knocking. Leads come from our marketing and call center
• At each home: inspect the foundation, take elevation readings, check crawl spaces and drainage, and build a repair plan with options
• Walk the homeowner through the plan and ask for the sale in the home
• Follow up on open estimates until the homeowner decides
• Once the job is sold, our engineering, permitting, and production teams take it from there

How we set you up

• Paid training on foundation types, pier systems, drainage, and our sales process
• Ride-alongs with our top reps before you run appointments on your own
• A sales manager who coaches you on your numbers
• Tablet, ServiceTitan, and the tools to present a clear plan on the spot

You'll do well here if you

• Have 2+ years of in-home or outside sales (roofing, HVAC, windows, solar, remodeling, and pest control all count), or a construction background and the drive to learn to close
• Can explain a technical problem in plain words and are comfortable asking for the sale
• Don't mind ladders, attics, and crawl spaces
• Have a valid Texas driver's license and an insurable driving record
• Speak Spanish? That's a real advantage in DFW.
