Responsibilities:
- Consultative Sales: Meet with clients via phone, virtual screen-sharing, or in person to evaluate healthcare needs.
- Education & Guidance: Break down complex health insurance options into simple terms and recommend personalized plans.
- Lead Management: Utilize company-provided software systems and generated leads to manage pipelines without cold calling.
- Relationship Building: Maintain ongoing communication and build rapport with current and prospective clients.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to insurance standards and regulations.
Requirements:
- Licensing & Education: High school diploma or GED required; state health insurance licensing is needed (training and onboarding support provided).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and listening abilities.
- Tech Savviness: Comfortable with computers, virtual meetings, and screen-sharing tools.
- Mindset: Self-motivated, competitive, coachable, and goal-oriented. Experience is preferred but entry-level applicants with a strong work ethic are accepted.
