Maintenance Engineer – Saddlebrook Resort We are seeking an experienced maintenance person skilled in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and general repair to join our team at Saddlebrook Resort, a premier luxury destination near Tampa, Florida. Responsibilities Perform general maintenance of building and facility mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Conduct electrical repairs on appliances, wiring, and HVAC components. Repair plumbing fixtures, piping, drains, and sanitary systems. Repair woodwork, wall vinyl, doors, windows, carpeting, and related finishes. Maintain mechanical equipment such as pumps, compressors, water heaters, automotive equipment, and other miscellaneous equipment. Keep accurate records and logs of maintenance tasks as required. Prepare and submit reports to supervisors in a timely manner. Qualifications Prior experience in a maintenance role at a hotel or resort. Proficiency in household repairs (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc.). Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent communication skills and an engaging, welcoming personality. Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Physical ability to walk, stand, reach, crouch, bend, push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs. Compensation and Benefits Salary commensurate with experience.
