Salary: $160,000-$180,000
Location: Quincy, MA 02169 (3 days onsite)

CFS is seeking a strategic and hands-on VP of Accounting with real estate experience to lead the accounting function. The VP of Accounting will play a critical role in driving financial accuracy and operational excellence.
Job Description

The VP of Accounting will oversee all accounting operations, including financial reporting and close processes
This VP of Accounting will manage a team and ensure accurate reporting across a real estate portfolio
Lead property-level accounting, consolidations, and reporting as a key VP of Accounting
Partner with executive leadership to support planning and business strategy
Improve internal controls, systems, and financial reporting processes
This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced VP of Accounting

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
10+ years of accounting experience with real estate focus
Strong understanding of property accounting and reporting
Experience managing teams and leading accounting operations
Knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
Ability to drive process improvements and system enhancements
