Técnico De Aire Acondicionado Comercial e Industrial Ubicación: Miami, FL (Presencial) Horario: Lunes a viernes, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (ET) Aeroservicios USA es un proveedor con sede en Miami de Equipos de Soporte en Tierra (GSE) nuevos y reacondicionados, que presta servicio a aerolíneas nacionales e internacionales, operaciones comerciales, de carga, regionales y chárter, así como a los principales operadores de manejo en tierra y FBOs. Operamos una instalación de mantenimiento de 110,000 pies cuadrados y 150,000 pies cuadrados de almacenamiento exterior, suministrando equipos mediante ventas directas, arrendamientos y alquileres a corto plazo, respaldados por servicios de mantenimiento de alta calidad. Buscamos un Tecnico de Aire Acondicionado Industrial con experiencia para diagnosticar, reparar y realizar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en sistemas de aire acondicionado industrial y comercial en Equipos de Soporte en Tierra (GSE) utilizados en operaciones aeroportuarias y de aviación. El candidato ideal contará con sólidas habilidades de preparación de superficies, experiencia en recubrimientos industriales o automotrices, y un alto compromiso con la seguridad y la calidad. Instalar, inspeccionar y poner en funcionamiento equipos de refrigeración y climatización. Diagnosticar, reparar y realizar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en sistemas de aire acondicionado industrial y comercial. Reparar fallas eléctricas, mecánicas y de control en equipos HVAC. Realizar pruebas de funcionamiento, medición de presiones, temperaturas y rendimiento de los sistemas. Detectar y reparar fugas de refrigerante. Reemplazar compresores, motores eléctricos, ventiladores, válvulas, sensores, bombas y otros componentes. Realizar carga y recuperación de refrigerantes de acuerdo con las regulaciones aplicables. Mantener registros de servicio y reportes de reparación. Cumplir con las normas de seguridad industrial y medioambientales. Realizar otras tareas asignadas por la gerencia para apoyar la eficiencia operativa y las necesidades del negocio. Educación y Experiencia: Experiencia comprobada en sistemas de aire acondicionado industrial y refrigeración. Conocimiento de ciclos de refrigeración, compresores, condensadores, evaporadores y controles HVAC. Manejo de herramientas de diagnóstico, manómetros, multímetros y equipos de recuperación de refrigerante. Conocimiento de refrigerantes comunes (R-134a, R-410A, R-407C, R-22 y equivalentes). Plus: Conocimientos generales de mecánica industrial.
