7 On 7 Off Rotation Minimum Experience: 2 year; 1st Timers not accepted Patient Population: Adults to Geriatrics Certifications Required: BLS General Skills and Work Setting Requirements: Home Health/Hospice RN - Needs to be able to communicate well with patient, clinical staff including Medical Director and office staff; Organized and work independently. Ratio / Census: 1:10; Average daily census of 100; 6 visits per day Unit Systems: HCHB, iPrescribe Scrub Color: Any RTO: MAX 7 days Weekends: Every third weekend Floating: Yes, within facility/scope of practice as needed Call Requirements: Yes, approximately 2 days a month for back up on the weekend and participate in filling in if on call nurse is on PTO or out sick. Holidays: If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays. Major Holidays are listed below: Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving/Black Friday Christmas Eve/Christmas Day New Years Eve/New Years Day Compliance: Full compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule. CLINICAL SCREEN - Candidate will be reviewed by clinical to determine clinical fit, if clinical pass and within Piedmont guidelines, candidate will be sent to the manager for final decision. Clinical screens will be sent on case-by-case basis.
