Sales Account Manager

Role Description The Sales Account Manager is a full-time role. This position is responsible for managing and growing assigned customer accounts, ensuring consistent communication and high levels of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day activities include developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, identifying opportunities for lead generation, preparing quotes, and coordinating with internal teams to meet product specifications and delivery timelines. The Sales Account Manager will track sales pipelines, follow up on inquiries, resolve customer issues promptly, and provide regular account status updates. This role also involves participating in sales planning, contributing to revenue growth targets, and representing Isotec’s commitment to reliable service and quality products. In this role, you will be focusing on our specialty polyureas, elastomers, foams, adhesives, and coating products. You will be responsible for developing and sustaining long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that match their requirements. Your goal will be to drive sales growth and exceed sales expectations. Qualifications Strong account management and customer satisfaction skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships. Proficiency in customer service and communication, including clear verbal and written interaction with diverse stakeholders. Experience with lead generation and basic sales processes, including prospecting and follow-up. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, manage multiple accounts, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in sales, account management, or a related field; manufacturing or technical product experience is a plus. Comfort with using CRM tools, email, and standard office software to manage accounts and document activities. High level of professionalism, reliability, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on ethical and inclusive business practices.
