Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - Night Shift

Location

Cleveland, Ohio

Assignment Duration

This is an 8 to 12-week contract position with potential extensions.

Schedule

Night shifts: 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00) or 4x12-hour shifts.

Job Description

The Respiratory Therapist will provide comprehensive respiratory care in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate must be able to respond to critical situations and be prepared to float to various Cleveland Clinic facilities as required.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and monitor patient response.
• Collaborate with medical teams to develop patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Perform diagnostic tests as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and code situations, following protocols for patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in respiratory therapy.
• Current NBRC certification and AHA BLS certification must be in hand at the time of submission.
• Active Ohio RRT license required.
• Experience with applicable charting systems preferred.
