Job Description

The role requires an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) to provide respiratory care services. Responsibilities may include critical care, ventilator management, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and assessments.
• Monitor and assess patient responses to therapy.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Float to other Cleveland Clinic facilities as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RRT.
• Active RRT certification from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ohio RRT license in hand at the time of submission.
• References from a supervisor or manager in the specialty applying for are required.
