Production Associate!! Advanced Manufacturing Pay- $18+ Pay

Pay: $18+ (Based on Experience)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Production Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will receive structured training and work with advanced equipment to apply specialized nanotechnology coatings used across aerospace, medical, and manufacturing industries. This is an excellent opportunity to build technical expertise in a clean, high-tech environment.

• Operate specialized tools and high-value machinery to apply precision coatings
• Follow detailed work instructions and procedures with accuracy
• Prepare, handle, and process customer products with care
• Evaluate equipment performance and ensure proper functionality
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation
• Uphold safety standards and contribute to an organized workspace
• Work collaboratively and demonstrate a strong willingness to learn

• Experience in manufacturing, production, or coating processes
• Ability to operate machinery effectively and safely
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Basic computer proficiency

• Knowledge of manufacturing safety standards
• Coating experience (required for Coating Technician roles)
• Valid driver’s license
• U.S. Citizenship required
