Autonomous Production Manager (APU Manager)

Job Description

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Tech (or equivalent leadership experience).
Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.
Experience: 5+ years high-volume manufacturing; 3+ years managing teams/supervisors.
Industries: Automotive, industrial, or assembly preferred.
Operations: Cementing, surface prep, or painting experience preferred; automation, robotics, or assembly.

Core Skills & Competencies

Metrics: Driven to improve SQDCP (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity).
Tools: KPI development, visual management, production planning, scheduling, staffing, and resource management.
Methodologies: Lean Manufacturing , Continuous Improvement, Root Cause Analysis, and quality systems.
Tech: Implementing new equipment and manufacturing technologies.
Leadership: Coaching, employee development, and leading cross-functional teams.
Traits: Fast-paced multitasking, data-driven decision-making, and teamwork.
Bonus: Bilingual communication.

Compensation

Dependent on experience; regularly bench marked to match the local market.
