Territory Manager - Central Iowa

Job Responsibilities and Qualifications Meets or exceed Stonhard’s minimum activity standards for quotes and orders as set by Stonhard sales management. Perform project manager responsibilities at the installation site and coordinate the work to be performed with an approved Stonhard installation crew/CMG (requires occasional weekend and holiday work). Maintains accurate files and records involving Stonhard accounts through Stonhard’s Salesforce CRM system. Monitors customers’ accounts receivables and is responsible for the follow-up of same. Two (2) plus related experience, preferably in industrial, construction or commercial industry. Spend a minimum of 4 days per week in the field with Stonhard customers. Required travel can be up to 50%/time in the field. Ability to proactively identify opportunities and quickly implement solutions. Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills. Must be very flexible and able to work in a self-directed, rapidly changing environment. A proven ability to manage projects and clearly communicate key project tasks. Must be computer literate with experience using technology and customer relationship management software (Salesforce.com), and Microsoft 365. You must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Physical Requirements While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. This position requires wearing a hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, steel-toed boots, high-visibility vest, and depending on the task, may also require ear protection, respirators, safety harnesses, and specialized protective clothing, while on the worksite. #J-18808-Ljbffr
