Potential Projects:
Support accounting process innovation initiatives within the Shared Services General Ledger (GL) Accounting team by leveraging AI-driven solutions and automation to streamline workflows improve operational efficiency enhance data accuracy and drive more agile accounting processes across multiple business units.

What We Are Looking For

Preferred Major:

• Pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting.
• Undergraduate or graduate student in good academic standing.

Required Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Foundational understanding of accounting principles through introductory accounting coursework.
• Strong work ethic with a demonstrated willingness to learn.
• Positive proactive and collaborative attitude.
• Experience creating presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous internship work or project experience utilizing Excel for data analysis or reporting.
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Exposure to AI tools and technologies used to improve business processes.
• Demonstrated leadership experience through work student organizations athletics or volunteer activities.

What We Offer

Compensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $19.80 $27.20 pay rate/hour . This rate is based on the interns current year in their respective university programs. Graduate students may receive a higher rate of pay based on their year in school. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
