Customer Service Supervisor

About the job We are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor in Houston, TX to lead our B2B customer service team. The role focuses on order-to-invoice processes, KPI monitoring, and cross‑functional collaboration. Responsibilities Lead and oversee the Customer Service organization, supporting the Hub Manager during transitions. Drive the implementation and standardization of order‑to‑invoice processes. Ensure processes, best practices, and controls are consistently followed. Monitor service‑level commitments and maintain high performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers. Track and take ownership of key operational KPIs (order service performance, confirmation time, first‑time‑right, touchpoints). Coach, develop, and inspire team members to foster accountability and continuous improvement. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Planning, Production, and other cross‑functional teams to resolve customer service and process issues. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; preference for order management experience in manufacturing. Experience in B2B customer service or similar customer‑facing role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong customer focus and experience applying differentiated business rules. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Knowledge of SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM) modules. Experience with a CRM system. Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and develop effective solutions quickly. Self‑directed, works independently and manages priorities with minimal supervision. Outstanding communication skills; collaborates across all levels and functions, including global teams. Additional Information Full‑time position; requires onsite employment at our Houston, TX location. Reports directly into the Regional Customer Service Hub Manager.
