Backend Engineer - AI Healthcare Data Pipelines (NYC)

R1 RCM Inc. is hiring a senior software engineer to own the data foundations of the Phare stack, including backend schemas and APIs powering both the AI engine and user-facing application. You will build reliable systems for ingesting, transforming, and serving large-scale healthcare data, with emphasis on performance, observability, and security/compliance.
