Surgical Physical Assistant

Care4Hair is a nationally recognized leader in hair restoration and aesthetic surgery , known for precision, innovation, and patient satisfaction. We’re expanding our surgical team in Dallas, Texas and seeking a skilled PA to join our growing practice. Position Overview PA will assist in performing FUE and FUT hair transplantation procedures alongside a full surgical team. You’ll handle design, anesthesia, and incisions while overseeing overall surgical flow. This position is ideal for a confident, detail-oriented NP with a strong interest in aesthetic or surgical procedures . What You’ll Do Perform pre- and post-operative evaluations. Design recipient areas and administer local anesthesia. Execute incisions and oversee surgical workflow with team support. Ensure compliance with safety and clinical protocols. Collaborate closely with surgical assistants and implantation techs.
